September 18, 2008, "Petra" (Vision)   [Also Read: September 20, 2008 "The Beast"]

[Thank you so much Lord Jesus for our peaceful rest all night. We are one, Amen Amen and again Amen.

This morning while in God’s spiritual rest, I heard God say "this is your Petra". I saw in my mind’s eye what I thought to be physical Petra in Jordan. I have never been there, but I have seen it on TV and in pictures many times. Instead of the normal reddish gold color, it was dingy grey and crumbling. The whole vision was shades of grey and brown. I asked God if this was Petra in Jordan, and He quickly reminded me that I am to concentrate on the "spirit" realm and not the physical.

God also reminded me of His words to Peter in Matthew 16:18-19, "And I also say to you that you are (1)Peter, and on this (2)rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. NKJV

I examined the large ruins more closely. In the middle of the building(s) was a cross, and a being hung on it. I gazed at it trying to see who it was, expecting in my mind to see Jesus. Instead I saw a horned animal that I know as satan. God said "the beast". He had human qualities, and did not appear as a normal animal /beast would. If he had been standing, he would have stood on two legs, and he had two arms. It was through his animal looking face, and the fact that he had two horns on his head that I knew he was a beast. His whole body was fury like an animals would be, making his body resemble a lions. He may have had paws. He was difficult to see because he was small in comparison to "Petra". His head hung forward and to the left of the vision screen as I looked at him. He also had a crown on his head.

I knew that he was dead because God had me examine it for a long time. There was a slight hallo looking light around the cross but this definitely was not Jesus on the cross. God has shown me that even satan/the beast appeared as light at one time, but has even now been crucified. He was crucified/beaten by Christ Jesus over 2000 years ago!

Because God said to me "this is your Petra", instead of "this was your Petra" I was very concerned. I believed Jesus might be saying that I was depending on the "old" still?

Notice that God called the "crumbling building" "petra" and not "petros". He was showing me/us "a mass of rock". I gazed at this image, for some time, and saw that the beast, who had been "King" over the old "Petra", was defeated and dead.

Later in the day, Jesus said to me:

Write,

You actually have seen the world with the "beast", and the very end. The end and their "time" is just that: a set time in which I have already claimed victory; and yet you have worried and toiled all along in your "hope" to restore the world, religion/system, man’s government, and the physical churches. They fall because they are all ready dead.

[God, I am very concerned because you said "this is your Petra", and not "this was your Petra".]

I said "is" because you spent all day yesterday speaking against these {the world governments/systems} as if they still existed. This causes turmoil and stress within you, and thus within my physical church. Allow Me to lead and guide you, Chris; and let go of "your" plans, and listen and watch Mine. I lead you and guide you always. Solving these mysteries is not your job. You do not need to convince others of their {the world’s illusions} non-reality. I know and see your anger at their {the peoples/governments} behavior.

[Christ now says, as I write this down, it is/was the old physical church also.]

Allow Me, now that you see clearly, My time to correct these beings. Remember, the destruction of all but the beings, is upon the world. I AM sorting and sifting now, and not tomorrow. Do not attempt to give them time, or consideration, beyond their will’s agreement with Me and My Will, Amen Amen and again Amen.

Love all, Amen. My one command is that you love all, Amen.
