"The Latter Day Reign" (Prophecy)
(April 23, 1999)
[Do not miss
today's comments on Jesus' Bride at the bottom of the page, under DEFINITIONS, VERSES and
COMMENTS.]
My newness comes, saith the Lord. Stillness first, then the
newness. Quiet and rest before the rain, before the torrent of the latter days,
saith the Lord.
A newness, Mine only contemplated in the past years, has begun to
pour upon the earth, saith the Lord. Those of you in waiting, wait no longer.
Allow Me, your Lord, to lead you into all truth. I AM the TRUTH. My
TRUTH sets man, women and children free; but first you must reach for Me, saith the Lord.
It is not My intent that any be left 'out' in the reign of the
world, saith the Lord. It is My intent that all 'enter into' the downpour that
begins to rain on Mine, saith the Lord. I AM bold, and Mine are to walk in boldness
and power, saith the Lord.
God's greatness, His SEED, is born 'within' the temple walls, your
temple walls, saith the Lord God Almighty. Hold tight to the SEED, as a mother holds
onto the conception of her love child - a child born in love - within her womb, saith the
Lord God. This truly is the birth of Christ's newness in Mine Amen.
Leave all the old behind you, 'outside' your temple walls.
Master the flesh by eliminating all temptations of the old.
Walk in the total newness My Son's (SEED) maturity brings.
Feed this SEED, planted in your hearts and minds, with Me. I AM the Word Amen.
Come into Christ's goodness and walk as He walked on earth, knowing the briefness of the
earthly life within you; knowing the world terminated for all. Prepare for
this torrent before it begins, that you stand in God's downpour of goodness and glory upon
His, upon the earth, saith the Lord.
Build, children, a habitat for yourselves, a place of protection
from the world. Come into the separation God gives those He loves, because He loves
them. Mine are brought into freedom from worldly concerns. I meet all your
needs.
Be still and listen intently, daily, for the words of wisdom, My
words, which change your hearts and souls, Amen. Give abundantly in all things, from
your hearts where the SEED of My Son reigns and rains.
The downpour of God's goodness and Glory begins 'within' the
temple of God, 'within' the members of His own Body. It begins 'within' the hearts
of each individual member first, and (mass (+) escalate)/increases in the collective one
heart of Christ Jesus. First your own heart allows/takes you into the temple of the
SHARED Body of My Son, then through His heart in you, you enter into His Heart's
condition. You not only love others as yourself, but you love them above your SELF
Amen.
You who walk the earth in My Name, still have much to learn
regarding My love child - My child born in love and delivered from My own womb. You
perceive and see the man. I see and perceive, KNOW, the Spirit of the man who became
My power on earth. You see his physical appearance in the physical environment.
I see His Spiritual presence and power in the Spirit He became Amen. See
beyond the physical, see the Spirit of Christ reign in you. Yes, pray that you SEE,
PERCEIVE and KNOW the Spirit Man of Christ IN YOU Amen Amen and again Amen.
The latter day rain comes from 'within' your hearts and souls, and
is manifested outward beyond the walls of the temple, children. The former and
latter day rain is the torrent of God's love poured out on the earth through Mine, saith
the Lord. It is God's Glory SHOWN so that all might see the light of God. It
is God's Glory born and risen. It is the child(ren) of the woman manifested in God's
light, Her Glory. It is God's child(ren) revealed, that all might see and know Her.
It is the
Bride exposed at the wedding feast of love. It is that which is hidden, shown, so
that all might long to become one with Christ Jesus. It is who I AM, manifested in
all My POWER and GLORY, born on earth amongst the Body members of Christ, through the
Spiritual life that causes them to rise.
Do not look 'outward', outside the
temple walls, for the returned Christ. Look 'within' your temple walls, saith the
Lord. This is where I reign. This is where the latter day rain begins.
This is where the latter day reign begins - 'within' the Body members, 'within' the
spiritual Temple walls of My Son Christ Jesus . The risen Man, given birth 'within'
each heart risen from the dead and born again in Him.
It is the heart that rises from
satan's death.
It is the new heart that blossoms forth into the flower of the latter
day rain. Look at your hearts as
they begin to change.
Spring has come; and the reign of God has begun 'within' the walls of
New Jerusalem, My children.
Where do you stand Amen, where do
you stand? 'Within' or 'without' the temple walls of My Son's Spiritual Body.
See the Spirit of My Son's heart as you read Me. I AM the Word (Bible), saith the
LORD Jehovah Amen. Look upon Me with the open eyes of a child of God, and see
the rain begin. Behold, see the reign of Christ 'within' your hearts Amen Amen and
again Amen.
'Enter-in' this day, and be both
refreshed and renewed in Spirit, in the rain, reign, of Christ on earth. Rejoice in
your separation from the world's lusts. Walk in your new freedom and praise His
name. It is the name you wear upon your forehead, upon your hands that heal Amen.
See this Name within your hearts. It is My growth in you. It is My
changes made, manifested in you.
I AM the light in the rain of God's
Spirit upon earth. We, the Spirit and I, are the rainbow that appears over the
temple, as the light shines from 'within', upon those who STAND in the reign of Christ
upon this earth at this time, saith the Lord God Amen.
Leave all things to Me, who
produces the power from 'within' Mine, saith the Lord. It is not learned or
earned.
As a child stands and plays in the
first of the Spring rains, so Mine freely receive this rain 'within' their hearts.
The torrent that builds is Mine, hand in hand, heart in heart, spirit in Spirit with God,
together in the reign of Christ over them. Allow the torrent to consume those of you
who walk in Christ, who is love.
This day My power comes forth, at
first as rain: showers busting forth unexpected. Then, in a STEADY downpour.
Then, in a form that only the strongest survive, saith the Lord. All who can not
STAND in this last torrent are taken home into Me just prior to the final downpour, saith
the Lord. Walk in the rain/reign of Christ while on earth, as you can. Come home as
you must.
See My plan in you. See God's
fullness unfold, and live in the Joy of Christ as His/God's final mystery is revealed
first in His to His, and then to the world of unbelievers. STAND 'within' the walls
of God's Belief/Faith, and have faith in Me. I AM the rain/reign that separates Mine
from the world. I AM your freedom. I AM, and again I say "I AM", Amen Amen and
again Amen.
The Great and All Mighty Amen,
Amen.

DEFINITIONS, VERSES and
COMMENTS:
"It is the Bride exposed at
the wedding feast of love":
The following is taken from a written Internet
article (May 1997) based on a summation of an audio cassette I once listened to.
When I later tried to confirm the speaker I was unable to. I originally thought I
had ordered the audio cassette, "Behold The Bridegroom Comes" from The Friend's Of Israel Gospel Ministry, and that Dr. Renald Showers was the
speaker. However, when I contacted The Friend's Of Israel Gospel Ministry they said
they had never heard of Dr. Showers; and my copy of the tape has long since disappeared.
I normally do not use material where I can not give credit to
the originator; however, this is not only an excellent teaching but an immensely exciting
one. Therefore, I am going to go ahead and share it with you. This is a
summation of this tape, with my comments and pertinent verses in brackets [ ].
"Behold, The Bridegroom
Cometh"
This article discusses the traditional Jewish wedding customs,
present at the time Jesus walked on earth. Many/Most of these wedding traditions
were handed down to mankind by God. It is reasonable to assume that when Jesus made
comments concerning weddings, brides, bridegrooms etc., He referred to the traditions
common in that society and at that time.
Jesus Christ is coming soon to take His Bride unto Himself. We understand
better what to expect, by drawing an analogy with these customs. I believe you will
agree that the traditional wedding ceremony lends better understanding to the various
verses in the New Testament referencing this topic.
Betrothal:
The Groom leaves his Father's home and travels to the home of the perspective
Bride. Once at the Bride's home, the Groom asks her Father for the privilege of
marrying the Bride, and then negotiates the purchase price of the Bride. Jewish men bought
their wives from their perspective Father In Law.
[(1 Cor 6:19-20) "Or do you not know that your body is the
temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God,
and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price;
therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are
God's" (NKJ)
(1 Cor 7:22-23) "For he who is called in the Lord while a
slave is the Lord's freedman. Likewise he who is called while
free is Christ's slave. You were bought at a price; do not
become slaves of men" (NKJ)
(Acts 20:28) "Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all
the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers,
to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own
blood" (NKJ)]
When the purchase price was paid to the Father, the marriage
COVENANT was established; and they were regarded married as husband and wife at
that time.
With the marriage covenant established, the Bride and Groom
took a cup of
wine and drank it together from the same cup (Communion). This was/is a symbol of THE
MARRIAGE COVENANT that had just united the two of them together as husband and wife.
Immediately after the wine was drunk, the Bride was declared officially SANCTIFIED AND SET
APART. She legally belonged to the Groom, and no other man could make a claim for
her hand in marriage. (She is a Virgin Bride)
[(1 Cor 11:24-32) "and when he had given thanks, he broke it
and said, "This is my body, which is for you; do this in
remembrance of me. In the same way, after supper he took the
cup, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this,
whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me. For whenever you
eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death
until he comes. Therefore, whoever eats the bread or drinks the
cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning
against the body and blood of the Lord. A man ought to examine
himself before he eats of the bread and drinks of the cup. For
anyone who eats and drinks without recognizing the body of the
Lord eats and drinks judgment on himself. That is why many among
you are weak and sick, and a number of you have fallen asleep
(died). When we are judged by the Lord, we are being disciplined
so that we will not be condemned with the world"
(Heb 13:20-21) Now may the God of peace who brought up our
Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep,
through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you complete
in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well
pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory
forever and ever. Amen". (NKJ)]
The Marriage:
The Bride and Groom DID NOT live together immediately, as most
of us do today. The Groom left the Bride's home, and returned to his Father's home for
approximately a year. The Bride and Groom remained separated during that time; and the
Groom busily prepared an apartment (or living accommodations) for his Bride,
within HIS
FATHER'S HOME.
[(John 14:2-3) "In My Father's house are many dwelling
places; if it were not so, I would have told you; FOR I GO TO
PREPARE A PLACE FOR YOU. AND IF I GO AND PREPARE A PLACE FOR
YOU, I WILL COME AGAIN, AND RECEIVE YOU TO MYSELF; that where I
am, {there} you may be also. (NAS)]
On an unannounced night, the Groom would call together the best
man and the other attendants, and they would walk through the city in a torchlight
procession to go get the Bride at her home. No one but the Groom knew the exact
night he planned to go for the Bride/Wife. Bystanders, in the street, would begin to
shout loudly (passing from one person to another) "Behold, the Bridegroom
comes". Eventually, the shouting would reach the home of the Bride, warning her to
get ready: her Groom was on his way to take her to be with him. At that time, the Bride
would send for her bridesmaids to help her get prepared.
[(Matt 25:1-13) "Then the kingdom of heaven shall be likened
to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the
bridegroom. Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish.
Those who were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with
them, but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and
slept. And at midnight a cry was heard: 'BEHOLD THE BRIDEGROOM
COMETH; go out to meet him!' Then all those virgins arose and
trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said to the wise, 'Give us
some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.' But the wise
answered, saying, 'No, lest there should not be enough for us
and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for
yourselves.' And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came,
and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and
the door was shut. Watch therefore, for you know neither the day
nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming. (NKJ)]
The Groom, and his attendants, would not go into the Bride's
home until she was fully PREPARED; they waited in the street in front of her home. When
the Bride was ready, she and her bridesmaids would come out into the street to meet the
Groom and his attendants. The whole wedding party would leave the Bride's/Wife's (Father's) home;
and in the torchlight procession walk through the streets to the Groom's home.
[(Rom 9:23) and that He might make known the riches of His
glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand
for glory, even us whom He called, not of the Jews only, but
also of the Gentiles?" (NKJ)
(2 Tim 2:19) "Nevertheless the solid foundation of God
stands, having this seal: "The Lord knows those who are His,"...
(NKJ)
(Heb 10:5) "Therefore, when He came into the world, He said:
'Sacrifice and offering You did not desire, but a body You have
prepared for Me. But now they desire a better, that is, a
heavenly country. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called
their God, for He has prepared a city (New Jerusalem) for
them. (NKJ)]
(Rev 19:7-8) Let us be glad and
rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has
come, and His wife has made herself ready." And to her
it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright,
for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.
NKJV
Marriage Consummation:
In the meantime, the wedding guests would gather together at the Groom's
Father's home, in a large room that functioned as a banquet hall. After the guests had
greeted the Bride/Wife and Groom/Husband (and the men and women attendants), and all had eaten, the
Bride and Groom would leave the banquet with the attendants. They all went to the living
quarters the Groom/Husband had prepared for the Wife/Bride. The Wife and Husband left the attendants
outside the door, and went alone into the room to consummate the marriage.
The Wedding Feast:
Upon consummation, the Husband/Groom came out and told the attendants that the marriage
was consummated; and they, in turn, went back to the banquet and announced it to the
guests. The guests would rejoice; and this rejoicing would continue for seven days. This
rejoicing period was called the "Wedding Feast".
During the entire seven days the Husband kept his Wife hidden in the bridal chamber, and
the Wife/Bride never came out. After seven days the Husband/Groom and Wife/Bride
came out of the Bridal Chamber together, as man and wife.
This is also the FIRST TIME the Wife/Bride appeared in public, UNVEILED.
At this time, she was placed on public display for all to see for the first
time.
[(Matt 22:2-14) "The kingdom of heaven is
like a certain king who arranged a marriage for his son, and
sent out his servants to call those who were invited to the
wedding; and they were not willing to come. Again, he sent out
other servants, saying, 'Tell those who are invited, "See, I
have prepared my dinner; my oxen and fatted cattle are killed,
and all things are ready. Come to the wedding.' But they made
light of it and went their ways, one to his own farm, another to
his business. And the rest seized his servants, treated them
spitefully, and killed them. But when the king heard about it,
he was furious. And he sent out his armies, destroyed those
murderers, and burned up their city. Then he said to his
servants, 'The wedding is ready, but those who were invited were
not worthy. 'Therefore go into the highways, and as many as you
find, invite to the wedding.' So those servants went out into
the highways and gathered together all whom they found, both bad
and good. And the wedding hall was filled with guests. But when
the king came in to see the guests, he saw a man there who did
not have on a (*)wedding garment. So he said to him, 'Friend,
how did you come in here without a wedding garment?' And he was
speechless. Then the king said to the servants, 'Bind him hand
and foot, take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there
will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.' FOR MANY ARE CALLED, BUT
FEW ARE CHOSEN." (NKJ) ]
WEDDING GARMENT:
(Rom 13:14) "But put on the Lord Jesus
Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its
lusts" (NKJ)
(Gal 3:26) "For you are all sons of God
through faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as were
baptized into Christ have put on Christ". There is neither Jew
nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither
male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you
are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according
to the promise/COVENANT" (NKJ).
NKJV
Please note the following:
1. Those who were invited were too busy to come.
One went off to his business, and the other to his farm. Some, in their anger at
being disturbed by God's timing, killed God's messengers in unbelief.
2. When Jesus gathers together His
Wife's/Bride's
members there will be other human beings who are not members in the Body, but many of
them will be invited to the wedding. Many of those who will come to the wedding are those we
would least expect. They are from the streets, and less sociably acceptable than
those originally invited.
3. The man found without the wedding garment
(custom dictated that the white linen garments be given to the guests at the wedding
banquet, as they attended it) is singular (one person, not many), and
represents satan. Satan is the head of followers/believers, as Jesus Christ is OUR
HEAD/MIND/HEART/ LIFE FORCE. The Word says that Jesus will crush satan's HEAD. Satan will be bound
and tossed into outer darkness, and Jesus Christ will rule 1000 years (Millennium).]
The Covenant:
After the wedding was established, the Bride and Groom drank from the same
cup of wine, thus symbolizing the marriage covenant/agreement that had united the Bride
(Jesus' Church) to the Groom (Jesus).
The Bride/Wife was forever separated unto the Groom/Husband and He alone owned her, just as
we are purchased and owned by Jesus Christ.
[(Rev 21:1-4) Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the
first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was
no more sea. Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem,
coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a Bride adorned
for her Husband. And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying,
"Behold, the tabernacle (Temple/Church) of God is with men, and
He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God
Himself will be with them and be their God. And God will wipe
away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death,
nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the
former things have passed away." (NKJ)
Note: New Unger's Bible Dictionary adds the following, "The
high priest (which Jesus Christ is) was forbidden to marry
anyone except a virgin selected from among his own people". The
fathers often chose their son's bride. 'Perhaps, in imitation of
the Father of the Universe, who provided Adam with a wife,
fathers from the beginning considered it their duty and
prerogative to secure wives for their sons (Gen 24:3-4; 38:6)"]

to do so. However, I ask that you always leave my name on the
messages God writes through me; and never sell them. Thank you so much for your love.
